Thanks to the guys at OGIOBag.ca for the help with my warranty questions. I've owned a lot of OGIO products in the past and have never had an issue until I broke my zipper on my Terminal and everyone I called was unresponsive and uninterested in helping me with the return process. I spoke to the customer service staff at your shop and they were very helpful. The turn around was quicker than I thought it would be considering the zipper was my fault anyways (and OGIO Warranteed it!), plus your staff took the time to listen to me.
